We are currently expanding our moderation team and are looking for reliable German-speaking moderators to support written digital conversations on online platforms.

Open Position: German-Speaking Moderator

We are looking for detail-oriented German-speaking moderators with strong written communication skills and a professional working style.

This role focuses on written online conversations across a broad range of user topics and interaction types. Candidates should be comfortable working within structured guidelines, maintaining consistency, and in a professional and policy-compliant manner.

What You Will Do

  • Manage written conversations in German with clarity, accuracy, and consistency

  • Respond appropriately to different user communication styles and topics

  • Follow internal quality standards and moderation processes

  • Handle a broad range of conversation categories

  • Maintain discretion, professionalism, and confidentiality in daily work

What We Are Looking For

  • Native or near-native German language skills

  • Strong writing ability and attention to detail

  • Professional, reliable, and discreet working style

  • Confidence in handling a wide range of moderated conversation topics

  • Comfortable working with legally permitted, age-restricted content categories

  • Stable internet connection and dependable availability

  • Previous moderation, support, or communication experience is an advantage

  • Be at least 18 years old

Language and Authenticity Requirement

Applicants must be able to communicate in genuine, self-written German without the use of translation tools, AI-generated text, or third-party writing assistance.

The use of machine translation, AI tools, false identity information, or misrepresented personal documentation is strictly prohibited and may result in immediate disqualification or termination of cooperation.
